Personal growth
Finding your way back to inner calm and personal strength
You may have already tried many things to feel better, yet still find no real way out of your struggles and you are not truly happier. Effective solution does exist. It is natural and simple.
Starting venture
Support in your first steps
The early stages of starting a business are fraught with uncertainty and important decisions. If you lack support—someone with whom you can speak openly—having a guide on your specific journey may prove to be the right choice.
Company exit
Maximizing company value and achieving successful sale
When a company depends too heavily on its founder, there comes a point when the situation becomes unbearable. You want to get out of it, but fear selling below value — or not being able to sell at all. Putting it off only delays your dreamed retirement you envision.
Interim management
Temporary support for founders – innovators
You are building something new with real impact.
But your team can’t manage without you just yet; every problem is urgent, and you’re facing uncertainty. Temporary management support could be well worth it.
Personal growth
Finding your way back to inner calm and personal strength
Our “modern” society is affected by a chronic condition that brings suffering and holds back real progress. Its symptoms show up across all areas of life, because we carry it within ourselves. Too often, we end up creating unnecessary drama for ourselves and others.
Feeling better requires a kind of “inner detox” — healing in a simple, natural way. That doesn’t mean it’s easy. In fact, it often means doing what’s uncomfortable and staying consistent.
Personal consultation
I’m here for you if you’re ready to develop your ability to become your own best healer — and resolve what you’re struggling with.
- Are you dealing with a problem you can’t seem to solve and feel stuck in a loop?
- Despite positive thinking, therapy, or psychiatric treatment, do you still not feel truly better?
- Do you find yourself sabotaging your own happiness or hurting others?
- Are you struggling with inner conflict between your various „selves“ ?
- Have you experienced the loss of someone close to you?
- Do you feel like a victim of your circumstances, experiencing hopelessness or depression?
- Are you dealing with addiction — whether to alcohol, sex, food, or other forms of escape?
Approach
It’s easier to blame someone else for an unhappy life — fate, God, a partner, family, or circumstances. But that won’t change your story. In fact, everyday life can become even harder, and we may start seeking relief in forms of escape that look different for each of us.
I’ve completed various courses in personal development and psychotherapy. But problems are not solved by positive thinking or mental techniques alone — at best, they are postponed until something triggers them again.
Real help comes when we are truly ready for it. Often, this means reaching a point where we fall down on our knees — and are willing to face what is most uncomfortable.
This doesn’t mean you’ll wake up one day and everything will suddenly be perfect — without problems, disappointment, or setbacks.
It will require effort — the kind that is the hardest you’ll face. But change will come gradually. And even if you stumble again, it will never be the same as before. You will be different.
You will begin to recognize your own strength, take responsibility for your actions, build healthier relationships, and live more fully — regardless of circumstances.
If you can’t see a way forward, there may still be another option
A short 10-minute introductory call will help you find out
if a personal consultation is right for you.
What you can expect from the consultation
The goal of the consultation is to help you navigate the challenges you’re facing — to gain distance, see your situation more clearly, see the real issue, and approach it in a natural way.
It’s also about understanding where you are on your path and how to live your life more fully — learning to move with change rather than resist it. Feeling free and experiencing inner calm is possible for all of us.
Our conversation will not focus on comfort, staying where you are, or reinforcing your current beliefs. That often keeps us from getting to the root of the problem.
My intention is to help you become aware of what’s happening within you and how to work with it. You’ll begin to recognize your own strength, find more joy in life despite your situation, and simply be yourself.

FAQ
- The consultation is meant to stay objective. Its purpose is not to build a personal relationship between me and the client, but to focus on the client — clearly naming the situation they are in and what needs to change. I approach each person with respect and understanding.
- Working online also provides privacy and focus, allowing you to do needed inner work. Conversations are often more open, as in-person meetings can make us more guarded. It also helps me stay fully focused on what matters — you.
- When we are disconnected from our inner balance, we often seek escape in projection or form unhealthy attachments to others. In-person meetings can sometimes reinforce this. My aim is to help you face what you need— to become part of the solution, not part of the problem.
- I don’t focus on analyzing events — what happened, where, with whom, or why — nor on thoughts alone. I focus on the root cause: emotions that are suppressed, holding you back and preventing you from fully living your life.
- My aim is to help you develop your own ability — to reconnect with your inner energy and awareness. This shows up through emotions like anger, fear, sadness, joy, or love, as well as intuition and passion.
- As we move through life, situations trigger different emotions. When we suppress them, they create blocks in our inner balance — holding us back. Like throwing a stone into a water wheel, it disrupts the natural flow. Children and animals express emotions naturally and live fully in the present. As we grow, we often lose this ability.
- My aim is to help you learn to accept and express your emotions again, and to become aware of the processes within you — so you can restore your balance and return to it. This helps you become your own healer, rather than relying on someone or something outside of you.
- Just like physical fitness, this is long-term work. There is no one miracle solution that fixes everything overnight. It requires ongoing effort, but it brings real results — inner freedom and calm.
- It doesn’t matter whether you believe in it or not. What matters is your own experience. Like telling someone who has lived in the desert their whole life that snow exists — they don’t have to believe it, but it doesn’t change reality. You can experience it for yourself.

Starting venture
Support in your first steps
You have an idea, but haven’t yet managed to turn it into reality. Going through the “valley of death” of early-stage business, facing the fear of failure and the constant information overload — can be overwhelming.
With the right support and perspective, it can become much easier.
Mentoring & coaching
If you’re considering starting your own business, I’ll walk alongside you through this phase.
- Would you like to face your fears and stop feeling stuck?
- Avoid common beginner mistakes?
- Rely on your own inner strength while also drawing on someone else’s experience?
Approach
Is it better to try and fail — or not try at all?
If we feel a strong pull toward something, we’ll find a way to bring it into the world — even if it takes a few falls and course corrections. Everything around us is either part of nature or the result of someone’s idea that once started from zero.
I have experience as a co-founder, partner, and consultant for dozens of early-stage startups, and I’ll be glad to support you if you decide to embark on your new business journey.

FAQ
- We start with a short 10–15 minute phone call. If there’s mutual interest, we then schedule a 45-minute online session where we go through your goals, timeframe, and terms of collaboration. After that, we meet regularly and work through the tasks and challenges that come up along the way.
- Yes. In individual cases, alternative arrangements are possible — for example, equity in an early-stage company, payment in cryptocurrency, or a barter exchange.

Maximizing company value and achieving a successful sale
You may have found yourself thinking, “I’d rather just sell the whole company,” but don’t know how — or worry whether it would work in your favor. You have dealt with various middlemen in business who promised you the world but ultimately disappeared without a trace.
I offer you a alternative.
Preparing your company for sale and closing successful deal
I work with owners to increase company value and ensure rewarding sale.
No upfront fees; a relationship built on partnership
- Are you considering retirement or selling your business for another reason?
- Is it becoming harder to keep up with the pace of change?
- Do you want to avoid wasting time with unqualified buyers?
- Don’t have the capacity to manage day-to-day operations and the sale process at the same time?
- Are you concerned about what will happen to your employees after the sale —
and how you will handle the transition yourself?
Approach
You already know that selling your business won’t be easy. As a partner on your side, I will:
- give you honest feedback on how prepared your company is for sale and whether your expectations are realistic,
- help maximize your company’s value, prepare it for sale, and find the right buyer (the process typically takes 1–3 years),
- manage the entire sales process,
- continue to support you even after the deal is closed, if needed.
If you see value in this, you’re in the right place.

FAQ
- We start with an initial meeting to understand you and your business and gather all key information. I then prepare a proposal, which we review together. If there’s mutual interest, we will WORK TOGETHER to establish terms of cooperation that are mutually beneficial and binding for both sides, sign the contract (undergo necessary legal work), and begin working together.
- It depends on the specific client. In some cases, I act in my own name; in others, I represent a group of partners. In certain situations, I may also act as an intermediary, earning a commission from the capital provider.
- These are scenarios that can happen. As part of our collaboration terms, we agree in advance on how to proceed if you decide not to sell the company or arrange the sale yourself.
- I’m on your side. I actively help you maximize your company’s value and ensure the sale so that you, as the owner, are satisfied with the outcome.

Interim management
Temporary support for founders – innovators
You have an innovative solution that can contribute to real change — to the development of a truly civilized and democratic society. And yet, you feel overwhelmed by responsibilities.
You may have already worked with traditional advisors (or couldn’t afford them), have a coach, a lawyer, or another specialist. They all have one thing in common — they advise you from the outside, but they won’t do the work for you.
Management support
Supporting your mission, directly within your organization
- Would your organization struggle to operate without your constant presence?
- Would you feel guilty taking even two weeks off?
- Do you face ongoing uncertainty about how regulations in your field may evolve?
- Are you also dealing with limited financial resources?
Approach
As an interim (temporary) consultant, I work within your organization’s day-to-day operations with a clear mandate for a defined period — helping reduce dependency on you, so the organization can function without you and you can focus on growth and have more time for yourself.
How may our collaboration look like? I can help you:
- turn selected ideas into reality (quick wins),
- gain insights into the challenges you’re facing,
- set up your team to operate without your constant involvement,
- create scenarios for different regulatory developments,
- prepare clear communication and arguments for investors and other stakeholders.

About me
The path to change begins when we’re willing to acknowledge what isn’t working. The digital era has opened up many opportunities, yet we’re not truly better off — and there is still a lot of suffering in the world. Entrepreneurs often struggle with securing capital and, after years of effort, don’t receive fair value when exiting their business.
For over 15 years, I’ve worked as a project manager, consultant, and co-founder across various fields — from startups to socially impactful projects. I support innovators building solutions for a better society. Alongside my professional path, I’ve gone through my own journey of personal growth — and it’s this experience that led me to support those who find themselves at a crossroads.
I’m guided by three principles: common sense, objective reality, and integrity.
